Se não elaborar a questão que incomoda vamos apenas repeti-la; às vezes, apenas mudando os personagens e os cenários mas com pouca alteração do padrão em si. Um círculo vicioso! Que o mantém prisioneiro do que aconteceu no passado e da emoção que ele evocou como se tivesse uma bola de ferro presa em sua perna.
Qualquer mudança gera uma crise e sem ela não há desenvolvimento.

Reciclar traz a idéia de transformar. Atualizar e requalificar internamente de forma que nos represente como somos hoje. Mudar pensamentos, emoções, sentimentos e finalmente atitudes.
Reciclar é compactuar com o movimento e não com a estagnação.
Nem sempre conseguimos impedir os pensamentos, mas podemos deixá-los ir, não nos apegarmos a eles.
Reciclar é permitir que os pensamentos venham à tona sem, no entanto, deixar que ele mantenha o link com atitudes e emoções do PASSADO, como se não houvesse o HOJE. Como se tudo fosse imutável.
O bem estar vem do movimento fluido: isto é, de recriarmos ou ampliarmos nosso repertório mental e emocional de forma a ter maior satisfação também consigo próprio hoje.
Assim, ao deixar de focar os sentimentos negativos do PASSADO (raiva, ressentimento, medo) fica-se mais livre para reagir de forma diferente às situações que se apresentam no dia a dia.
E abrir espaço para novas conexões emocionais e pessoas que nos sejam mais gratificantes HOJE.
